<b>Richard Reed</b> has a PhD in property markets and a background in residential property valuation. He is Professor of Property and Real Estate at Deakin University, and is widely published in the areas of sustainability and property values.<br /> <br /> <p><b>Sara Wilkinson</b> has been a building surveyor for over 24 years. She first learnt about sustainable building issues in 1988 and now lectures in sustainable construction at both the University of Melbourne and Deakin University.</p>
