<p>This book provides readers with insight into current industrial ecology practices in developing and developed countries, how it impacts sustainability, and why it is becoming more relevant. The book affects the audience to understand the scarcity of raw materials because of COVID-19 lockdowns and rising population and resulting demand. The chapters in the book shed light on the best practices to increase sustainability practices, leading to an increase in the triple bottom line. Governments around the globe are striving to meet United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Based on current trends, governments, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will miss the target. For achieving the goals, current and future (grad students) managers should be educated to achieve the targets early. <p><strong>Dr. Adeel Shah</strong>&nbsp;is the Head of the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Department at the Institute of Business Management, Pakistan. The author has been associated with the academic and corporate sectors for the past 21 years. As a supply chain leader, Dr. Adeel Shah has conducted multiple applied research and&nbsp;published in renowned journals. The author's keen interests are the industrial ecology, the circular supply chain, sustainability, and human aspects of the supply chain.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Dr. Che Rosmawati Che Mat</strong> is a seasoned academic and industry professional currently a senior lecturer at the Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School. <p><strong>Dr. Yu</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Zhang</strong>&nbsp;is affiliated with Chang’an University. Her research interests include reverse logistics, recycling, and packaging. <p><strong>Samreen Muzammil</strong> is a final-year PhD researcher at Coventry University. Before becoming a full-time PhD researcher, the author worked as a senior manager in the textile and dental sector for almost 17 years. She is currently researching the impact of cross-country determinants faced by tech-enabled start-ups expanding into new markets. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, idea generation, business planning, and principles of sustainability effectuation on start-ups.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
