Paula and Gerardo have been travelling through Patagonia for more than thirty years.
Paula Ford was born in Buenos Aires and is married to Gerardo Bartolomé. As a Biologist and member of the Conicet (the scientific research council of Argentina) she is the author of many scientific papers.
Gerardo Bartolomé was also born in Buenos Aires. After working many years as an Engineer, in 2005 he wrote his first historical novel Darwin's Betrayal and since then he has written many other books. In 2018 he founded Ediciones Históricas, a publishing company dedicated to history and travelling.
Both, Paula and Gerardo published, in 2016, Patagonia: A Voyage to its Enigmas (third edition, now) where Paula's photos give life to Gerardo's writings about eleven iconic places of this region.
They now want to share their knowledge and experience with all those who plan to visit this wild and fascinating land.
